Rock fans remember ‘the day the music died’
Iowa isn't really known for it's musical history, with one major exception. Thousands of music fans have gathered in Clear Lake Iowa this week to remember the day Buddy Holly was killed in a single-engine plane crash. On the plane along with Holly was J.P. "The Big Bopper" Richardson and Ritchie Valens. As Don McLean wrote it was "the day the music died." Read more about it over on MSNB.com.
